A good plan for the future in any given French area
- Defining clearly what the excess of landownership and salary is
- Giving one quarter of the lands to migrants that will arrive during the 21st century
- All agricutural lands are organic
- One fifth of the lands are protected under environmental regulations at least as stringent as those in French national parks
